Our client is seeking an experienced Gaming Operations Manager to oversee and enhance their gaming operations, with a strong focus on CRM, Customer Support, and VIP Client Management.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily gaming operations ensuring customer satisfaction.
✅ Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance player engagement and retention.
✅ Manage and optimize customer support processes.
✅ Lead and develop VIP client management, ensuring personalized support for high-value players.
✅ Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to enhance gaming features.
✅ Analyze player behavior and data to refine engagement strategies.
✅ Ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
✅ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on customer engagement strategies.

Key Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in gaming operations, CRM, customer support, or VIP client management in the online gaming or casino industry.
✅ Strong knowledge of CRM tools, player segmentation, and engagement strategies.
✅ Leadership and team management skills to drive performance.
✅ Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Understanding of gaming regulations and responsible gaming practices.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
