Email Marketing Intern (Finnish speaking required)
Vegaaniruoka.fi is seeking a passionate and driven Email Marketing Intern to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in the growing field of digital marketing within the vibrant vegan food community.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:
This internship will provide you with valuable experience in various aspects of email marketing, specifically tailored to the vegan food niche:
* Email Campaign Creation: Assisting in the development and execution of engaging email campaigns featuring recipes, cooking tips, and vegan lifestyle content.
* Content Creation: Contributing to the creation of compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls to action that resonate with the vegan community.
* List Management: Learning how to segment and manage email lists to target specific interests within our audience (e.g., beginner vegans, experienced cooks, etc.).
* Performance Analysis: Assisting in tracking and analyzing email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) to optimize engagement and drive traffic to Vegaaniruoka.fi.
* A/B Testing: Gaining exposure to A/B testing methodologies to optimize email performance and discover what resonates best with our subscribers.
* Email Marketing Software: Familiarizing yourself with email marketing platforms (e.g., Sender, Klaviyo etc.).
* Compliance: Understanding email marketing best practices and compliance regulations (GDPR, etc.).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist in the creation and scheduling of email campaigns featuring recipes, blog posts, and updates.
* Contribute to the development of engaging email content that promotes vegan food and lifestyle.
* Build engaging & high converting marketing email flows.
* Help manage and segment email lists to target specific audience segments.
* Monitor and report on email campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
* Conduct research on email marketing best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Doing this as part of an university-required internship or through TE-palvelut
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Finnish and English).
* Detail-oriented and highly organized.
* Ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite).
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (marketing, communications, nutrition, etc.).
