🔷Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the entire business development integration process for high level/impact corporate & enterprise deals. This includes everything from generating leads (outbound and via your own network) to overseeing existing pipeline.
• Serve as an expert representative for external stakeholders - meeting clients, managing strategic partnerships, negotiating deals.
• Coordinate and communicate heavily with leadership to help set the overall BD and growth strategy and align your efforts accordingly.
• Perform in-depth market analysis to uncover emerging trends, opportunities and challenges within the blockchain landscape, providing critical insights that inform strategic decision-making and ensure the company stays ahead of industry developments.
• Provide thought leadership and representation for the Foundation at industry conferences, panels, webinars, and partner events to build brand presence and foster relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Legal, Marketing) to ensure alignment and execution of growth initiatives.

🔷Ideal Candidate:

• Accomplished Business Development expert with a successful track record leading high-level deal negotiations and effectively managing outbound strategies and partnerships with limited oversight.
• Proven ability to establish and nurture long-term relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including partners, investors, developers and Founders.
• Extensive, relevant network and lead-generating capabilities.
• A strong pulse on top industry players and trends, a passion for web3, and deep enough technical acumen to discuss integrations at a strategic/corporate level.
• A confident, persuasive communicator who can pitch to a variety of audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with the drive to succeed and make immediate impact
