💻 Format: remote.
📚 English: B1+ or upper.
Key requirements:
📌3+ years in analytics, with at least 2+ years in product analytics;
📌Previous roles as Lead/Senior Product Analyst or Growth Analyst.
📌Mathematical Statistics: Proficiency in A/B testing, alternative testing methods, and increasing test sensitivity;
📌Python/ML: Comfortable with data processing (API parsing, data structuring), regression modelling, segmentation, and clustering;
📌SQL: Proficiency in window functions, query optimization, stored procedures, and data marts;
📌Product & Marketing Metrics: Deep understanding of LTV, CPA, retention, conversion rates, and user engagement metrics;
📌BI Tools: Experience with Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
