✅ Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals;
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit;
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies;
Manage the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to extending offers;
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs;
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
👩💻Requirements:
1+ year of experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter;
Experience in closing C level positions and non IT positions;
Proficiency in using candidate sourcing tools;
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies;
Familiarity with various candidate sourcing channels and platforms;
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in candidate records:
Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills;
Upper intermediate spoken and written English.
