Company: Luna Pastel
Our client—a Web3 startup tokenizing luxury assets (fine wine market)—is transitioning from EVM to Solana and building a tech team. Opportunity to grow into CTO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Develop Solana smart contracts (Rust) & Web3 integrations
— Maintain & enhance the fullstack web app
— Implement staking, liquidity pools, governance
— Build & manage the development team
— Define the technical roadmap
REQUIREMENTS:
— Solana + Rust development experience
— Proven experience with AI-driven software development
— Strong Web3, DeFi, NFT, tokenomics knowledge
— Fullstack expertise (backend + frontend)
— API, wallets, and analytics integrations
— Tech leadership experience
— B2+ English
