We are looking for a highly skilled Financial/Investment Analyst to join our family office and support its real estate investment portfolio. This role combines financial analysis and modeling with active financial oversight, ensuring strategic decision-making and operational control.

This position requires deep expertise in financial modeling, investment forecasting, and strategic scenario planning. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in financial modeling methodologies, strong Excel-based modeling skills, and experience structuring investment (M&A) transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling & Investment Analysis:
🟥Develop and maintain complex financial models for real estate investments, enabling multi-variable analysis, stress testing, and deal structuring.
🟥Apply best-practice modeling techniques for revenue forecasting, analyzing debt and equity structures, valuation, and return optimization.

Portfolio Performance Monitoring:
🟥Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and operational KPIs to assess asset performance.
🟥Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize portfolio value.
🟥Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to compare asset performance against industry standards.

Financial Control & Compliance:
🟥Oversee ongoing transactions conducted by the asset management company.
🟥Ensure adherence to internal policies, financial covenants, and budget constraints.
🟥Monitor expenses, capital expenditures, and cash flow planning.

Transaction Structuring & Due Diligence:
🟥Support potential real estate transactions through detailed financial analysis.
🟥Conduct due diligence, assess financing, tax implications, and investor return projections.
🟥Prepare investment presentations, memos, and transaction documents.

Qualifications & Experience:

🔵5+ years of experience in financial modeling and analysis, preferably in real estate.
🔵Expert-level proficiency in Excel.
🔵Experience in transaction structuring, due diligence, and deal execution.
🔵Familiarity with real estate financial metrics, loan covenants, valuation methodologies, and investment risk assessment.
🔵Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders.
