We’re looking for a candidate to a temporary contract role for 3 months in Dubai. The working hours are 2–3 hours per day, 5 weekdays per week.
Position: Governess for a 5-Year-Old Girl in Dubai
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and dynamic governess to provide educational support and guidance to our 5-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working in a school setting, be under 35 years of age, and possess a kind, good-natured demeanor. An active approach to education, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of the curriculum are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a monthly educational program tailored to the child’s interests and developmental needs.
• Conduct assessments at the beginning and end of each month to monitor progress.
• Deliver engaging lessons incorporating art, games, and practical activities to foster learning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, specializing in Early Childhood Development or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience teaching children aged 5 years.
• Recent experience working in a school environment.
• Deep knowledge of school curriculum
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and evaluate educational activities effectively.
• A proactive and energetic approach to teaching.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current educational curricula.
Personal Attributes:
• Kind and good-natured personality.
• Active and engaging teaching style.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
Position Details:
• Working Hours: 5 mornings per week for around 2 hours
• Start Date: from 24th of February
