Key Responsibilities
- Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a high-level BD strategy to expand ByCard’s presence among media agencies and advertisers.
- Client Acquisition & Partnerships: Identify, engage, and establish long-term relationships with leading media agencies, ad networks, and enterprise advertisers.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of BD professionals to drive revenue and ensure consistent growth.
- Team Building & Expansion: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing local team to support business operations and accelerate market expansion.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, ad-tech, and media buying to position ByCard as the go-to solution for media agencies.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Drive high-value deals, structure partnerships, and optimize revenue streams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, finance) to refine offerings and ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the media agency / ad-tech / fintech sector.
- Proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth and closing high-value deals.
- Deep industry connections with global media agencies, ad networks, and large-scale advertisers.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok Ads, DSPs, ad exchanges, etc.).
- Experience in hiring, managing, and scaling teams in a new market.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
