WeExpert, a fast-growing company in Outsourcing & Offshoring Consulting, is expanding! We are seeking a dynamic, goal-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Wroclaw/ Warsaw. Key Responsibilities:

As our Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. Your responsibilities include:

🔸Developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients in the IT sector, ensuring long-term partnerships.
🔸Leading negotiations and closing deals, aligning our solutions with client needs and ensuring mutual success.
🔸Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and adapt our sales strategies accordingly.
🔸Maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
🔸Identifying client needs and presenting optimal solutions using our services to enhance business outcomes.
🔸Preparing and negotiating proposals to meet client expectations and drive sales success.
🔸Onboarding new clients and serving as their dedicated Account Manager, ensuring smooth transitions and continued support.

Requirements:

🔸About 3+ years of experience in IT Sales;
🔸Experience with Outsourcing and Outstaffing models;
🔸English proficiency at B2+/C1 level, Polish B1+;
🔸Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian;
🔸Ability to initiate, develop, and oversee sales-oriented projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
🔸Experience in lead generation and pipeline management.
