🎵 Key responsibilities:
Build and automate PnL and forecasting models for the B2B channel.
Analyze revenues and expenses, identifying key insights for strategic decision-making.
Monitor and analyze trends in traffic and sales, identifying areas of improvement.
Investigate anomalies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement data-driven solutions.
Design and maintain essential metrics to evaluate the health and efficiency of the B2B channel.
Build and integrate end-to-end analytics solutions with key business tools, including CRM platforms.
Develop metrics frameworks and a metrics tree to monitor the overall performance and "health" of the B2B sales.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver insights and recommendations that drive business results
🤟 Required experience:
Experience in B2B sales analytics, with a strong understanding of metrics frameworks for efficient business direction analytics.
Proficiency in SQL (any dialect), with familiarity with Clickhouse being a plus.
Hands-on experience with Python/R, including statistical, data engineering, and visualization libraries (or proficiency in other programming languages).
Strong mathematical foundation, including probability theory and statistics, with practical experience conducting A/B testing and hypothesis validation.
Proficiency in BI tools and ETL processes (e.g., Airflow).
Proven ability to build and automate PnL and create end-to-end forecasting solutions.
Analytical mindset with a track record of identifying anomalies, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
