Role Overview:
As the Lead DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in leading a team responsible for developing and managing a Kubernetes-based infrastructure solution, integrated with KubeVirt for virtual machine management, across multiple hardware providers. You will collaborate with development teams, hardware provider’s representatives, and product managers to design and deliver robust, scalable solutions that provide compute resources to our clients. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive innovation, ensure platform reliability, and mentor engineers.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or similar roles with a focus on cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and virtualization
* Strong experience with Kubernetes (K8s), containerization (Docker), and orchestration
* Expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
* Experience with container runtimes, network policies, and service meshes (e.g., Istio)
* Strong leadership and team management skills (2+ years), with a proven ability to mentor engineers.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
