▫️Strong portfolio showcasing DeFi/Web3 projects
▫️Expert-level proficiency with Figma
▫️Deep understanding of DeFi user behavior and pain points
▫️Ability to work in CET timezone (+/-4 hours)
▫️Experience designing mobile-first applications
▫️Passion for creating intuitive financial interfaces
▫️Basic understanding of social media design principles and trends
