We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee client onboarding, banking relations, and payroll operations while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Your key responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Compliance
🟥Verify new client documentation, ensuring compliance with KYC/KYB and payroll regulations
🟥Assist clients with registration and integration of global payroll solutions
🟥Ensure accurate contract execution, tax documentation, and payroll setup

Payroll & Banking Operations
🟥Oversee global payroll transactions, ensuring timely and compliant payments
🟥Open and manage corporate bank accounts for payroll disbursement
🟥Coordinate with banks and financial partners to facilitate smooth transactions

Legal & Contract Management
🟥Review, draft, and administer payroll agreements with clients and contractors
🟥Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and international payroll regulations
🟥Liaise with legal advisors and regulators on financial and employment compliance

Ideal candidate profile:

🔵Experience in payroll, banking, fintech, or payment services
🔵Strong understanding of international payroll compliance and contractor payments
🔵Knowledge of banking procedures in Serbia, UK and US and experience working with financial institutions
🔵Familiarity with KYC/KYB, AML, and tax compliance in a payroll environment
🔵Excellent communication skills: ability to liaise with clients, banks, and legal teams
🔵Fluent English (B2+) – Serbian language is an advantage
