Position: Property Manager
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Start Date: April 1, 2025
Employment Type: Full-Time (New position)
Responsibilities:
• Manage the rental of office and residential units (contracts, move-in/move-out)
• Coordinate with property management companies (SLA, service requests, reporting)
• Oversee contractors (repairs, engineering systems)
• Handle financial tasks (budget, payments, invoicing)
• Maintain tenant relations, resolve incidents and inquiries
• Ensure compliance with local regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of property management experience (preferably in Cyprus)
• Fluency in English and Russian (Greek is a plus)
• Technical background and basic engineering knowledge (preferred)
• Familiarity with the local market, valid work permit or Cyprus/EU citizenship (preferred)
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
