• IT Systems: Manage Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, MS Defender, Microsoft Exchange, and Slack.
• Network: Manage infrastructure (VLAN, VPN, DHCP) and maintain security protocols.
• Documentation: Create system documentation and user guides.
• Employee Support: Provide IT support and training for office staff.
🧑💻 Experience
• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Expertise in Jira, Microsoft Dynamics, Intune, and networking.
