📌Key Responsibilities:
-As our Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients in the IT sector, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Leading negotiations and closing deals, aligning our solutions with client needs and ensuring mutual success.
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and adapt our sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions and exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
- Identifying client needs and presenting optimal solutions using our services to enhance business outcomes.
- Preparing and negotiating proposals to meet client expectations and drive sales success.
- Onboarding new clients and serving as their dedicated Account Manager, ensuring smooth transitions and continued support.
📌Requirements:
- About 3+ years of experience in IT Sales;
- Experience with Outsourcing and Outstaffing models;
- English proficiency at B2+/C1 level, Polish B1+;
- Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian;
- Ability to initiate, develop, and oversee sales-oriented projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
