The Island Private School of Limassol is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our efforts in promoting the school’s brand, programs, and values to internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to enhance visibility, attract prospective families, and maintain strong community engagement. The scope will cover all educational programmes, including online education, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Branding:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the school’s mission and enrollment goals.
- Promote the school’s brand through various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality representation of values and identity.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
Digital Marketing & Content Management:
- Manage and maintain the school’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and reflective of the school’s identity.
- Lead social media strategy, driving growth in followers, engagement, and content reach.
- Create compelling content showcasing achievements, programs, and the school community.
Event Marketing:
- Plan and promote events such as Open Days, community events, and outreach programs to attract prospective families.
- Collaborate with the Admissions Director to ensure alignment between event planning and enrollment goals.
Internal & Parent Communication:
- Maintain internal communication channels, including newsletters, email campaigns, and parent updates.
- Work closely with the Parents Relationship Director to ensure consistent and effective communication with parents.
Collaboration & Support:
- Partner with the Admissions Director to design campaigns that drive student enrollment and retention.
- Support other departments, including assisting with branded materials for employees and campus design.
Leadership & Management:
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Develop and enforce marketing policies to ensure smooth and effective operations.
Key KPIs:
- Increase in leads, MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), and enrollment conversion rates.
- Growth in website traffic, social media engagement, and positive brand sentiment.
- Success of promotional campaigns and events, measured by attendance and feedback.
- Timely updates and clear communication across internal and external channels.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English (C1-C2).
