By eliminating reliance on traditional cloud providers, Fluence delivers a secure, scalable, and cost-effective solution tailored for businesses seeking resilience, flexibility, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a group of ~15 engineers across R&D, backend, frontend, and DevOps.
* Facilitate team routines, including dailies, retrospectives, planning, and performance reviews.
* Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive engineering culture.
* Adapt team structure and processes to align with evolving business priorities and project needs.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven success in managing engineering teams in fast-paced environments, ideally in cloud-native or infrastructure-heavy domains.
* Strong track record of aligning engineering practices with strategic goals and ensuring timely delivery of complex projects.
* Expertise in managing constrained resources, prioritizing business needs, and organizing teams for maximum impact.
* Exceptional ability to align multiple stakeholders, clarify priorities, and maintain coherence across teams.
* Fluent russian & english
