Hey there! I'm on the lookout for an entry-level role in the gaming industry as a Localization Game Tester or Player Support Specialist. I’ve got a Bachelor’s in Media Communications from the Higher School of Economics in Russia (2020) and a background in customer support, and I’m eager to bring my communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and multilingual abilities into the world of gaming.
I previously worked as a Customer Support Manager in the medical insurance field, where I got really good at resolving complex issues with empathy and efficiency—skills that fit perfectly into both player support and game testing. I speak English and Russian fluently and am currently learning Spanish, so I’d love to work in a multilingual gaming environment where cultural awareness matters.
I’m focused on starting fresh in an industry I’m truly passionate about—one where I can help make gaming experiences smoother and more enjoyable for players around the world.
I’m detail-oriented, love video games, and am eager to dive into localization testing and player support operations. I'm looking for a team where I can learn, grow, and contribute to making games more immersive and frustration-free.
