⚡️ HR / People Operations Specialist
💼 Company: LI.FI
◻️Conditions: full-time / remote
◻️What You’ll Do:
- Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, contracts, etc.).
- Maintain accurate employee data and own HRIS (preferably Hibob).
- Update HR documentation, policies, and company handbook for transparency.
- Drive people initiatives (engagement, learning, performance reviews).
- Collaborate on employer branding and global mobility.
- Ensure compliance with German labor laws and employment regulations.
◻️What Makes a Good Candidate:
- Located in the EMEA region.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Experience in HR, people ops, or payroll in Germany.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (Hibob preferred).
- Startup or remote work experience is a plus.
- Understanding of blockchain/crypto is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus.
