What You Will Do
As a Senior Backend Engineer at Lilo, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
- Solving complex problems with minimal guidance, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
- Participating in the design of backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management.
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
- Staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.
What You Will Need
We invite applicants who have:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in backend engineering.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript, alongside MongoDB.
Experience using Docker.
Fluency in English at a C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
An ownership mentality: being proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibilities beyond your role.
A passion for technology: staying updated and enthusiastic about backend development.
An eagerness to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
