WHAT YOU’LL DO:
* Design Gameplay Mechanics: Conceptualize, design, and balance gameplay mechanics, levels, and in-game challenges that captivate players and enhance their experience.
* Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with developers, artists, and writers to ensure cohesive and immersive gameplay that aligns with the game’s vision.
* Prototype and Test Ideas: Develop prototypes to bring your ideas to life and conduct playtests to gather valuable feedback on gameplay mechanics and features.
* Refine & Iterate: Analyze player feedback and game metrics to make data-driven adjustments that enhance gameplay and engagement.
* Research and Innovate: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and popular game mechanics to ensure our designs are fresh, relevant, and competitive.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* Passion for Games: A deep love for video games, with a strong understanding of what makes gameplay engaging and fun.
* Creative Problem Solver: An inventive mind with a knack for designing unique, player-centered experiences.
* Basic Knowledge of Game Design Principles: Familiarity with game design fundamentals and an understanding of player psychology.
