We are looking for a Technical Support Engineering Lead 👨🔧
📌 Key Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience in technical support or engineering, with a focus on leading teams
✔️ 3-5+ years in technical support (Tier 2 / L2)
✔️ Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL is a plus)
✔️ Experience working with application logs (e.g. Kibana)
✔️ Good knowledge of Linux (configuration and maintenance is a plus)
✔️ Familiarity with report services (e.g. JasperSoft)
✔️ General understanding of REST APIs
✔️ English B2+ (writing, reading, and verbal skills)
