We're building the default for support operations - blazing-fast inboxes that make agents 10x more productive, powerful analytics that turn conversation data into insights, and AI agents that automate workflows.
We're a small team looking for a high-agency full-stack engineer who ships fast. You’ll build and own critical systems - UI that support teams love, scalable APIs, and real-time features that make support feel instant.
What matters is your ability to learn fast, execute and ship fast. Experience with our stack is a plus, but we care more about your ability to pick up new tech and run with it.
Stack:
Python (Django, FastAPI, LangGraph, modern async patterns)
TypeScript/JavaScript with React
Real-time applications
SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases
API design and microservices
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
You:
Ship full-stack features end-to-end
Learn fast and adapt quickly
Make smart trade-offs between speed and scalability
Take ownership and drive projects from start to finish
Solve problems without waiting for permission
Compensation:
$500–$1000/month
Meaningful equity stake - We’re fully bootstrapped and prioritize long-term ownership over short-term cash.
