📌 Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define payment-related business needs;
• Analyze business changes and provide actionable recommendations for improvement;
• Deliver insights and recommendations based on payment data analytics to support decision-making;
• Document payment processes, including payment methods, gateways, and fraud prevention mechanisms;
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers and ensure seamless integration with payment systems;
• Work closely with developers, testers, and product managers to implement effective payment solutions.
📌 Requirements:
• 2-4 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, payment systems, or related industries;
• Knowledge: Familiarity with payment workflows, transaction processing, payment gateways, and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS, AML, KYC.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence);
• Understanding of APIs, database concepts, and system integrations;
• Basic knowledge of programming languages and software;
development processes is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and communication skills;
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders to gather and document
requirements;
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving projects;
• Languages: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory) and
Russian.
📌 Nice-to-Have Skills
• Prior experience as a system analyst;
• Exposure to fraud monitoring tools and mechanisms (e.g., 3D Secure, chargeback management).
