✅ Manage vendors and services (cleaning, catering, office supplies)
✅ Organize meetings, company events, and business trips
✅ Support the team with admin tasks (documents, correspondence)
✅ Welcome guests and ensure a great office atmosphere
✅ Work with HR & IT to onboard new employees
What we’re looking for:
🌍 Languages: Polish (B1), English (B2), Russian (C2)
