The company ALMUS creates its own mobile applications (+ web versions) that are popular with millions of users around the world.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive UA strategies for subscription-based products, focusing on maximising LTV;
- Manage advertising campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Google, and others;
- Oversee a monthly advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources;
- Achieve and maintain a positive ROAS, constantly optimising for performance;
- Analyze market trends and user behaviour to continually refine and adapt acquisition tactics;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UA efforts with overall business goals;
- Report on key metrics and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations;
- Perform a/b tests to optimise ad creative and targeting strategies, identifying the most effective combinations that drive UA and conversions and improve ROAS;
- Monitor and analyze key metrics (conversion rates, LTV, ROAS, CPA);
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Customer Journey Maps and evaluate the product together with the product team.

💼Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UA, with a focus on subscription-based products;
- Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets and achieving positive ROAS;
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
- Solid knowledge of web promotion for B2C digital products;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager;
- Generate ideas and tasks for creative production and develop creative hypothesis;
- Proficiency with Excel;
- Good in using attribution, analytics and engagement tools to track and analyse UA metrics;
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
