We are looking for a talented Social Marketing Manager to join our Publishing team, responsible for managing our channels on LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, and X. Depending on your experience, you will either oversee all channels or a selection of them. You can showcase your skills in a developing team promoting the leading gaming studio Dizzaract in the MENA region.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement SMM strategies.
Create content plans and publish materials across various platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, and X).
Engage with followers: respond to comments, conduct polls, and run giveaways.
Analyze content performance: track views, likes, shares, and engagement metrics.
Select and create visual content (graphics, videos).
Requirements:
A degree in Marketing or Journalism is highly advantageous.
At least 2 years of professional experience in an SMM role.
Comprehensive knowledge of the unique features of each social media platform (LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, X) and the ability to tailor content accordingly.
Strong literacy skills and a high level of creativity.
A portfolio showcasing completed work.
Proficiency in using analytical tools to evaluate performance.
Experience working in a startup environment and a passion for improving processes within an established team.
A team player who can work independently while effectively prioritizing tasks.
Gaming experience or a strong desire to grow in the leading gaming industry.
Fluency in English and proven professional experience using the language are essential.
Will be a huge plus:
Copywriting experience: ability to write engaging and persuasive texts for posts.
