SENIOR QA Java Engineer
(Java/AWS/Karate/Postman/ GIT).
Company: Caterpillar ( CAT,  Chicago,  USA)
Location: Remote
Conditions: b2b contract
Type: Full- time.
9 months minimum contract.
8 hours a day
4 hours overlap with the USA team in a day. Work day starts at 8 a.m. by Chicago.
English: B2+
5800 - 6700 usd before taxes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Russian language;
• 8 years or more of software testing experience in automation tool.
• 3 years of coding experience in Java
• Strong development skills in two or more of the following technologies and tools: Java/Junit, Cucumber, REST APIs, JBehave or other BDD testing frameworks.
• Strong experience in testing Webservices (REST APIs)
• Experience in AWS Cloud technology as a plus
• Experience in TDD, continuous integration, code review practice is strongly desired.

Day to day duties might include:
- Analysis of the requirements/acceptance criteria, design/architecture pages, Swagger specifications;
- Preparing a test plan and reviewing it with the stakeholders, getting their feedback;
- Manual testing via Postman(if it’s required) ;
- Automation using Karate framework;
- Pipeline configuration in Azure DevOps;
-Test Reporting in Azure DevOps;
- Monitoring existing and newly developed test cases in ADO;
- Investigating and creating bugs providing all required steps and findings.
