🔹Key Responsibilities
-UX/UI Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile applications, with a focus on crypto wallets and financial services.
-User-Centered Design: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into innovative and effective design solutions.
-Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to refine and improve designs and ensure optimal user experience.
-Creative Problem Solving: Go beyond the task at hand, proactively identifying opportunities for design improvements and innovative solutions, while aligning with the norms and best practices of crypto and banking apps.
-Consistency & Standards: Ensure consistency in design and maintain high standards of quality across all platforms and interfaces.
-Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and to resolve design-related challenges during the development process.
🔹About you
-Experience: Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on crypto wallets and banking apps. Design Expertise: Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
-Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically, solving complex design challenges while delivering user-friendly and aesthetically appealing products. Autonomous Worker: Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and finding design solutions without requiring constant guidance.
-Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Russian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to create clear, concise, and error-free documentation and communication materials.
-Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that every design element is pixel-perfect and aligned with best practices for user experience and interface design.
