Product Owner (Ethereum Yield)

The Molecula ecosystem provides a suite of products tailored to both corporate and retail users. At the heart of this ecosystem are liquidity yield optimization solutions powered by a blockchain-agnostic platform. Now Molecula is looking for a Product Owner to develop Ethereum Yield products, including staking, lending, restaking, and integration with DeFi protocols.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute a product strategy for Ethereum-based yield solutions
– Research new DeFi protocols, L2 networks, and bridging opportunities
– Prioritize features and integrations for Ethereum-focused yield products
– Collaborate with development, marketing, and business teams
– Optimize yield strategies and enhance user experience
– Monitor risks and conduct smart contract audits
Requirements
– 3+ years in product management (DeFi, Ethereum)
– Deep knowledge of staking, lending, L2 solutions, and yield aggregation
– Strong English and Russian communication skills
– Experience in data analysis and risk management
– Must be an active DeFi user
