We’re Hiring: HR & Events Specialist | ❗️Warsaw, Full Office ❗️
Join Solbeg, a global IT company that has been delivering top-tier solutions since 2008. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Events Specialist to strengthen our internal brand, organize memorable corporate events, and enhance employee engagement.
📍 Location: Warsaw, Poland (Full office)
💰 Salary: 6000 – 7500 PLN brutto (UoP)
🌍 Languages: Polish (B2-C1) & English (B2-C1) required, Russian is a plus
What You’ll Do:
✅ Event Planning & Coordination – Organize team-building activities, corporate celebrations, and internal HR PR initiatives.
✅ Branded Products & Merchandise – Manage corporate gifts and branded items, working with suppliers and designers.
✅ Internal Communication & Employer Branding – Oversee internal communication channels, coordinate content creation, and collaborate on employer branding efforts.
✅ Collaboration & Support – Work with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX and HR PR, to enhance the employee experience.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 2+ years of experience in event planning, employer branding, or internal communications
🔹 Strong organizational & communication skills
🔹 Ability to manage corporate events, branded merchandise, and internal communication platforms
🔹 Experience with tools like Wiki, MS Teams, and content creation platforms
🔹 Polish (B2-C1) & English (B2-C1) are a must, Russian is a plus
🔹 On-site position in Warsaw – no remote/hybrid option
