🧳3+ years of experience
Requirements:
• B2 level of English and fluent Ukrainian/Russian;
• Working experience in a large international company;
• Experience in improving the employer's brand;
• Experience in conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
Responsibilities:
• Implementation of a full cycle of HR processes for entrusted commands;
• Onboarding of HR process managers;
• Training and support of existing managers;
• Monitoring the level of “satisfaction” of employees;
• Identification of the needs of teams and the implementation of actions to implement these needs;
• Providing analytics for managers on a monthly basis;
• Dealing with executive requests regarding their team;
• Adaptation of policies and procedures to the specifics of teams.
