Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Retention to manage player retention strategies
in online casinos. If you have iGaming experience and know how to boost player loyalty
through personalized campaigns and innovative methods, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement retention strategies to increase player engagement and LTV.
● Improve conversion rates from REG to FTD, STD and beyond.
● Identify and reduce potential churn risks.
● Analyze user behavior, segment audiences, and create personalized offers.
● Manage the retention team, set tasks, and oversee execution.
● Develop and launch bonus programs, promotions, and VIP initiatives.
● Work with CRM systems to automate marketing campaigns.
● Evaluate campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports.
● Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to enhance customer
satisfaction.
● Introduce new strategies, test tools, and drive innovation.
Requirements:
●2+ years of experience in online casinos in a similar role.
●Experience working with EU, CA, and LatAm markets.
●Strong knowledge of retention marketing and CRM strategies.
●Experience with multiple communication channels (email, push, SMS, chatbots, etc.).
●Team management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
●English level B2+
