About Us
EVEDEX is building a unique hybrid exchange that combines the principles of Web3 with secure and intuitive functionality for users. We’re looking for a flexible and driven professional who knows the Web3 space and is ready to use their expertise to create something truly impactful.
▪️Key Responsibilities:
▫️Handle user inquiries via Intercom and ensure timely resolution of tickets.
▫️Provide basic troubleshooting and problem-solving for users.
▫️Work on the first line of support with potential growth to the second line.
▫️Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
▫️Maintain a consistent and professional tone of voice in all communications.
▫️Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to users.
▫️Potentially assist with blockchain parsing tools as needed.
▪️About You
▫️1+ year in application support, web services, or gaming support.
▫️Familiarity with Intercom (experience with Zendesk or similar tools is a plus).
▫️Prior experience in the crypto industry is a strong advantage.
▫️English proficiency at C1 level; Russian knowledge is a plus.
▫️Strong communication and stress management skills.
▫️Knowledge of blockchain concepts or tools is a plus.
▫️Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the support team.
