Sales Process Management:
-Conduct product demos and workshops tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of solutions.
-Prepare customized proposals and solutions that align with client requirements and objectives.
-Effectively handle client objections and negotiate terms to achieve win-win outcomes.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
-Develop long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their goals and delivering tailored solutions.
-Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring requirements are communicated and met.
Industry Expertise and Continuous Learning:
-Maintain a general understanding of financial technology trends, with familiarity in emerging technologies like crypto, AI, and big data.
-Stay informed about the financial industry, particularly enterprise and SMB financial organizations in the US.
Collaboration and Improvement:
-Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and achieve business objectives.
-Constantly seek ways to optimize sales strategies and personal performance.
Logistics and Availability:
-Work during EST time zone hours to align with client schedules.
-Be located in a region that allows for convenient travel to the US for client meetings and events.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in sales or business development within the financial technology sector, preferably working with both enterprise and SMB financial organizations.
-Strong networking skills and a proven ability to generate leads through multiple channels.
-Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technologies and financial solutions.
-Experience with handling objections and negotiating successfully.
-Results-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills:
-Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the US.
-Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
-A strategic thinker with a knack for understanding and solving client challenges.
