Our ecosystem is built to bridge the gap between traditional finance and Web3, providing innovative and scalable solutions for businesses and institutional players. We are actively expanding our presence in the tokenization space and seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth.
▪️Your Role
We are looking for a high-performing, self-organized BD specialist who thrives in the tokenization and Web3 landscape. The ideal candidate is not just familiar with blockchain and DeFi but is an active participant in the space, attending conferences and maintaining a strong industry network. You will play a key role in securing strategic partnerships, expanding Lumia’s presence, and driving revenue-generating opportunities—all while working remotely in the Dubai time zone.
▪️Responsibilities:
▫️Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships within the tokenization and RWA ecosystem, focusing on financial institutions, asset managers, DeFi projects, and corporate entities.
▫️Leverage existing industry contacts to establish high-value collaborations and drive business growth.
▫️Attend and represent Lumia at conferences, networking events, and industry meetups to expand the company’s reach and establish credibility.
▫️Independently negotiate and execute partnership deals that align with Lumia’s business objectives, without requiring technical or product team involvement.
▫️Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define partnership strategies and support overall business growth.
▫️Stay ahead of industry trends and market movements, identifying emerging opportunities in blockchain, DeFi, and asset tokenization.
▪️Requirements:
▫️Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnerships within the blockchain, crypto, or fintech industry.
▫️Deep understanding of the tokenization market, including real-world assets, DeFi, and institutional adoption of blockchain solutions.
▫️Strong network of industry connections (VCs, DeFi projects, traditional finance, Web3 infrastructure players).
▫️Self-motivated and highly organized, able to execute deals without micromanagement.
▫️Conference-goer with a passion for networking, comfortable speaking with industry leaders and decision-makers.
▫️Native English speaker or C1+ proficiency. Fluent in Russian.
▫️Ability to work remotely and adapt to a fast-paced environment aligned with Dubai time zone.
