SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST
(Python/ML/SQL/PowerBI/AWS).
Company: Caterpillar ( CAT,  Chicago,  USA)
Location: Remote
Conditions: b2b contract
Type: Full- time, 8 hours a day
4 hours overlap with the USA team in a day.
English: B2+
Bachelor’s degree is a must.
5800 - 6700 $ before taxes.

This person will be a part of the team of data scientists / analysts working on data loading. Part of the team, which will include developers, will perform data quality tests and analyses. The team not only perform standard data quality checks, but also offers ideas and suggestions on how to fix any issues noted.

Core required experience:
●    At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Gen AI and Large Language Models (LLMs);
●    Programming: Strong proficiency in Python for data science, machine learning, and AI model development;
●    Experience with AWS services related to machine learning and AI deployment;
●    Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph for building LLM-powered applications;
●    Machine Learning Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models.
Requirements:
●      5 years of Python coding experience;
●      5 years of ML 
●      ⁠5 years of SQL;
●      Dashboarding (Power BI)
●      ⁠Min 1 year experience with aws;
●      Min 1 year of GEN AI
●      Snowflake as a bonus
