We areheadshotit.com, and our client "Icecream Apps” - a software company headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus, specializes in developing intuitive and powerful applications and online services for personal and professional use. Committed to innovation, we create state-of-the-art tools that serve millions of users around the globe looking for a Project manager.
We are currently seeking a Project manager to join their team.
🔸Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
– Work closely with product owners and the team to define project requirements and set clear goals
– Create detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resources needed.
– Coordinate with team members to ensure everyone knows their responsibilities and stays on track
– Identify and address potential risks or delays early, and find solutions to keep things moving.
– Keep stakeholders updated on project status and communicate any changes
– Maintain quality control throughout the project, from testing to deployment.
– Help the team continuously improve project delivery processes
🔸Requirements:
– Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in a SaaS or tech environment.
– Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
– Comfortable with modern development tools and practices, including Git and CI/CD.
– Strong communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
– Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
– EU citizenship or valid work permit for Cyprus.
