We are currently looking for a Business/System Analyst. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. You’ll be responsible for working with stakeholders to identify requirements and needs, capture them, translate to the team, work with UI/UX designers to prepare designs, and control that implemented results match what was designed. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

Responsibilities
- Identify and discuss clients’ needs.
- Clarify requirements and perform gap analysis to achieve optimal results.
- Participate in solution definition, working closely with system architects to ensure the design is optimal and accurate.
- Provide clear guidance to UI/UX designers regarding their tasks.
- Create a technical requirements document for the development team.
- Support the team during the implementation stage.
- Produce demo recordings for customer presentations.
- Participate in acceptance testing of new features.
- Develop user-friendly documentation for implemented features.
- Be flexible to customer feedback, process change requests, and proactively enhance the user experience.
- Effective client communication and requirements management throughout the development process.

Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Analysis.
- Outstanding communication skills, ability to convey concepts to both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Proficient in English at an advanced level.
- Excellent written communication skills, ability to express thoughts clearly.
- Experience in requirements management, including gathering, organizing, clarifying and articulating.
- Strong systems thinking abilities.
- Ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, resolve inconsistencies.
- Skilled at distinguishing between user requests and their underlying needs.
- Experience in task decomposition and writing specifications for developers.
- Comfortable working with JSON and XML.
- Basic understanding of relational databases. Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with the principles of web services.
- Knowledge of the principles of system integration.
- Knowledge of UML notations.
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility.
