Responsibilities:
- Process and manage outgoing payments (wire, card), ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely.
- Regularly monitor advertising accounts to ensure all payment methods remain active and operational.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of payments, account activity, and related financial data.
- Verify and reconcile payment records with invoices to maintain accurate financial tracking.
- Collect and organize required documentation for account verification and compliance purposes.
- Work closely with internal teams to address any issues related to payments or advertising accounts.
- Ad hoc tasks related to the payment processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing payments (advertising payments is a plus)
- Experience at least 2 years (or Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting)
- Fluency in Greek and English and Russian
- Proficiency in using MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
