We, at Flama, are looking for an experienced lead engineer to help us build an RTS game. You’ll get your hands dirty working with the code (fine-tuning AI, pathfinding, combat, etc.) while also code reviewing and mentoring other team members.
Oversee all technical aspects of gameplay while developing new features and architectures for the systems needed. Mentor other devs through leadership and code reviews.
📚 Твои скиллы
• You have more than 6+ years working in the industry with at least 2 aa or aaa titles shipped
• You've led dev teams before (big or small)
• You have deep knowledge of ue5/c++ and software design patterns
• You architectured and optimized whole systems before
• Demonstrable experience developing rts/strategy titles is a big plus
