Head of Cards Operations

Location: Offices in Limassol, London, Nassau, and Dubai

What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution of card-related operational processes including issuance, transaction processing, and dispute management
• Manage relationships with card schemes and partners
• Coordinate technical implementation with card processors and management systems
• Support BI team with data structuring from card transaction vendors
• Collaborate with COO to deliver competitive card products and features

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in banking or fintech with card operations focus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
• Deep knowledge of card processing systems, regulations, and workflows
• Proven leadership managing large operational teams
• Strong understanding of card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• Knowledge of SQL and core banking systems
