What you will do

• Maintain accurate market data inventory records and ensure alignment with contractual terms.
• Analyze and validate vendor invoices to identify discrepancies and financial risks.
• Lead vendor billing issue resolution and negotiate corrections directly with providers.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis activities.
• Coordinate contract workflows through internal Legal and Compliance teams.
• Assist with onboarding new data services and managing user access requests via ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Must be based in Houston, Texas and able to work onsite 4 days per week.
• 2+ years of experience in the investment services industry, preferably with index and ratings data.
• Solid understanding of market data commercial models and vendor management principles.
• Hands-on experience with market data inventory systems, specifically Optimize Spend (F.I.T.S.).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience interpreting complex vendor contracts.
• Familiarity with major market data vendors like Bloomberg, FactSet, and Refinitiv.
