What you will do

• Interact with clients to guide them through the showroom experience and provide product information.
• Manage client inquiries regarding inventory, order placement, and sample requests.
• Assist sales representatives with project system maintenance and follow-up communications.
• Maintain local showroom sample inventory and ensure the work environment meets company standards.
• Resolve client issues related to pricing, delivery, quality, or installation professionally.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Chicago, IL
• 2-4 years of experience in customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team
