What you will do

• Develop and maintain components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule.
• Support proposal schedule development and Basis of Estimate creation.
• Advise program management on contractual impacts and critical path events.
• Ensure cross-coordination between Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations for functional organizations.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) and IPMDAR reporting standards.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain security clearance
• Proficiency in Deltek Open Plan and Milestones Professional software
• Hands-on experience with Critical Path Methodology and EVM
• Experience working on Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs

Nice to have

• Experience working independently across technical teams
• Understanding of Capture, Research & Development, and Production scheduling requirements
