What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs and drive the Finance Technology roadmap across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Product, and Engineering.
• Facilitate Agile delivery by defining, documenting, and prioritizing business and technical requirements.
• Partner on ERP and revenue systems including Workday, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue.
• Balance technical constraints with financial controls, compliance, and accuracy needs.
• Create executive-ready narratives, status updates, and risk assessments grounded in data.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans across all project partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems like Workday or Zuora.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, revenue processes, and tax considerations.
• Experience with SOX, audit controls, and financial reporting environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
