What you will do
- Lead strategic account management for portfolio or strategic accounts in the industrial sector.
- Own the account P&L, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute account strategies to minimize renewal erosion and expand service scopes.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and top-level executives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to build a robust go-to-market pipeline.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing end-to-end sales processes in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
- 5+ years of experience running account P&L.
- Japanese language proficiency is required.
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, and risk assessment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an open-minded and empathetic approach to customer relationships.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
- Sales experience in technical solutions.
