What you will do

  • Lead strategic account management for portfolio or strategic accounts in the industrial sector.
  • Own the account P&L, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to minimize renewal erosion and expand service scopes.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and top-level executives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to build a robust go-to-market pipeline.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing end-to-end sales processes in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
  • 5+ years of experience running account P&L.
  • Japanese language proficiency is required.
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, and risk assessment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an open-minded and empathetic approach to customer relationships.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
  • Sales experience in technical solutions.
