Salary: $27.84–$38.27/hour plus 15% incentive

What you will do

• Provide operational and administrative support for underwriting files, including risk classification and premium calculations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for agents and brokers to resolve issues and facilitate account servicing.
• Assist in pricing new and renewal accounts while ensuring accuracy in all internal systems.
• Maintain documentation and follow-up systems for outstanding underwriting items.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and internal coverage guidelines.
• Participate in audits, underwriting meetings, and special projects as required.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Prior experience in underwriting or underwriting support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process accuracy.
